It’s definitely not always a fit for us to buy and/or you to sell. It has to work for both and when I appreciate the feeling of gratitude and relief that often comes from the sellers. Along with watching the house renovation, restoration, bringing her back and improving the neighborhood.
When it’s not a fit we try to give you advice, point you in the right direction and help you in that way all we can. We have done this many times.
