We had a second home that had been let go for far to long. It needed an awful lot of work and we were no longer able to do it. It was overwhelming. We contacted Bill from Mission Va LLC. He came over and met me at the house in person. He inspected it for a renovations estimate. He listened well and understood my concerns, needs, etc. He seemed fair,honest,sincere and did not over promise. He seemed like he cared and was trying to help but let me know it doesn’t always work out and has to be a fit for all. It worked out very well for us and I definitely recommend Bill / Mission Va LLC.

To Whom It May Concern, About the first of this year we were faced with the daunting process of cleaning out and selling the home we were raised in and our parents lived until their passing. Cleaning out the house was a massive undertaking but then finding a purchaser was also a concern. The house was 50 years old and needed a lot of work.
