So where is the local Richmond Metro Real Estate market at now? In my actual hands on, full time,dailey experience, our area is slowly transitioning from a sellers market to a buyers market now. It’s definitely not the sellers market it was a few years ago! Yes, some select areas are still hot but, I see many more areas where homes are sitting on the MLS 45-60 days or more with list price drops along the way. How long will this “transition” be? I have no idea. My hypothesis is slow but steady.
